3. Fictional characters
All Girlfriend AI companions are fictional characters. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. All characters are depicted as adults.

Your companion is software. Conversations are for entertainment and companionship and do not replace real-life relationships or professional advice.
5. No professional advice
Nothing your companion says constitutes medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity that happens under your account.
7. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Girlfriend AI for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others.
9. Prohibited content
You may not request, upload or share content involving minors, non-consent, real people without their permission, or any material illegal in your jurisdiction.
10. No misuse of the service
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.
11. User content
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate and improve your experience.
12. Generated content
Images and messages created by your companion are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
13. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and included features are shown before purchase.
14. Billing and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
15. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may review refund requests case by case.
16. Virtual items
Any credits or tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire as described at the time of purchase.
17. Price changes
We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new price.

The Girlfriend AI name, logo, characters, designs and website content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
